Loss prevention and asset protection in a retail environment is a specialised area of work which requires specially trained staff. Our staff are fully licensed in accordance with SIA regulations but are also trained in extra skillsets including but not limited to: customer service, PACE act, civil recovery and supply chains.

Our guards are put in place to prevent, deter and detect both internal and external shrinkage, as well as fraud and identifying potential obtaining goods by deception offences.
